Direct steam injection into a tank through a drilled pipe: loud, and a sizeable share of the steam leaves the water without condensing. Replaced with a THERMOJECT venturi injector, the steam is drawn into the mixing chamber with the process fluid and condenses inside it, with the water body itself acting as the silencer.
THERMOJECT02
Cleaning a conventional Y-strainer means isolating the line and opening it up. MAINTENO is designed so the screen is cleared online by forced flushing and natural back flushing, operated from a blow down valve, with no instrumentation and nothing to dismantle.
MAINTENO Tigon03
When control pressure falls below the back pressure, condensate stops draining, the exchanger floods and water hammer starts working on gaskets and plates. MUTINY PTC senses the condition and switches itself between trap mode and pump mode on motive steam of up to 7.0 kg/cm².
MUTINY PTC04
High pressure condensate flashes off at the receiver and the low pressure steam in it is lost. MAX-FLASH vessels separate that flash into usable low pressure steam; where the quantities are small and space is tight, MTRPS does the flashing and the pumping in one compact skid.
